Systems
Build it once, then let it run
Most of a selling day is not selling. Research, logging, chasing the thing you wrote down last Tuesday — it fills the space between calls and nobody counts it.
This hub is about taking that time back. Not productivity theatre — the specific, boring systems that make eight hours hold more selling and less friction, and that keep working on the days you are tired.
Sales and wellness are daily variables. You move them, or fail to, on any given Tuesday. Systems are different — you build one once and it runs whether you feel like it or not. That is the whole appeal, and it is also why systems is the pillar most reps skip: the work is front-loaded and the payoff arrives weeks later.
So everything in this hub gets judged on one question. Does it survive month nine? A workflow that needs an hour of maintenance is not a system, it is a second job. The ones worth building are the ones you stop noticing — the template you no longer think about, the follow-up that goes out whether or not you remembered it, the report you stopped assembling by hand.
A note on AI, since that is where most of this is heading. I use it every day for research, first drafts and cleaning up call notes. There are two places I will not put it: the opening line of a cold call, and anything a buyer will read believing I wrote it personally. Automation that gets noticed costs more than the time it saved.

My AI follow-up workflow — and the two places I refuse to automate
Which parts of follow-up are worth handing to a model, which parts have to stay yours, and the test I use to tell them apart before a buyer does.

Article grid — populates as posts publish into the Systems category. Mapped: the AI follow-up workflow, cutting two hours of admin a day, what a buyer said about an AI-written email, and where the non-selling time actually goes.

A system you cannot see is a system you cannot fix. The tracker is one page: your calls and your body on the same sheet, plus one line a day for the thing you automated, deleted or templated.
