Who this is for

Owners and sales leaders with two to twenty reps who sell by phone. Usually you are here because people keep leaving, and the ones who leave were not your worst performers. Often the cause is not the quota — it is the four hours a day that go somewhere other than selling. That is the problem I look at.

It is not for you if you want a lead-generation plan or someone to write your scripts. This is about workload, cadence and the systems around them — including your CRM and tooling, where that is what is actually costing you the day.

What you get

01

A 90-minute working session

With you, and your sales lead if you have one.

02

A review of call cadence and rep workload

What you ask for, and what the day actually holds.

03

A stack and workflow review

Your CRM, your dialer, your templates, and what your reps retype every day — with a recommendation on what to change, what to keep, and what not to buy.

04

A written findings document

About five pages, in plain language. Yours to keep and circulate.

05

A 30-day change list

In priority order, so you know what to do first and what can wait.

06

One 45-minute follow-up call at day 30

To look at what actually moved.

FIXED PRICE

$497

One engagement, one price.

What it costs

$497. That is the whole engagement — session, findings document, change list, and the day-30 call. No hourly billing, and no scope that grows after you say yes.

03

Five business days later, the document

Findings and the 30-day change list. Then we talk again on day 30.

Who is doing this

I am Jarrod Roberts. I have sold by phone for twenty-five years — mortgages at fifteen to twenty-five closings a month, five years on a high-volume inside sales floor at Realtor.com, and collectible cars today. I have been the rep whose numbers were fine and who was thinking about leaving anyway.

Questions people ask first

Is $497 really the whole cost?

Yes. One price, fixed before we start. If the work turns out to be bigger than an audit, I will tell you that in the findings rather than quietly billing for it.

How long does the whole thing take?

About five weeks end to end. Most of that is the thirty days between the document and the follow-up call, and during those thirty days you are running your business, not sitting in meetings with me.

Do you need access to our CRM?

Not logins. Screenshots of a few standard reports plus a screen share during the session is enough — and if you want a recommendation on changing CRM, seeing how your team uses the current one is the part that matters. I never need your customer data.

We already know what is wrong. Is this still worth it?

Often, yes — because knowing and sequencing are different problems. Most teams I talk to have a list of eight things and no agreement on which one to do in January. The change list is ordered for a reason.

What if we are not a fit?

I will say so in my first reply, before you pay anything. I would rather turn down $497 than write findings for a team I cannot actually help.

Will you tell us to buy something?

Only if what you have is genuinely the problem. Most of the time the answer is that the tool is fine and the way it is set up is not, which costs nothing to fix. I take no commission or referral fee from any vendor I name in the findings.
